- Please do not eat 1 hour before practicing yoga or eat a light meal. Please wait 2 hours after eating a heavy meal.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
- Please turn off your cell phone upon arrival.
- New Students. Please arrive 20 minutes before class begins in order to complete new student paperwork.
- Classes begin on time. Regular students should arrive 10 minutes before class. Give yourself plenty of time to park your car and get settled on your mat before class begins.
- Please remove your shoes inside the studio entrance before entering practice space.
- Listen to your body and inner wisdom; always practice at the level that is appropriate for you. Rest when needed.
- Plan to stay for the entire class. Final relaxation is a very important part of your yoga practice and leaving early is disruptive to other students.
- Please let your instructor know of any body issues, injuries or concerns you may have about the practice before class begins, so he/she can modify postures and help improve your experience.
- Make sure to drink plenty of water after class to enhance the detoxification process.
Inclement Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances
If a class or workshop is cancelled or the studio is closed due to inclement weather, a local or national emergency, or an unforeseen circumstance, we will post a blog in the “Latest News” section of the website www.mandalastudioofyoga.com and www.fullspectrumwellness.com to notify the community of the cancellation.
